Your privacy and the protection of your personal data are important to us. On this page, we will inform you about what information we collect, how we use the data we collect, how we process the data, and what your rights are under the EU's data protection legislation.

We collect and process your data with your consent to provide diving training, product sales, diving equipment maintenance, or rental services, as well as to maintain customer relationships.

We collect the necessary personal and contact information for service provision. The online store customer register includes the following information: customer's first and last name, customer number, address information, phone number, gender, email, website address, language, information about marketing consents and opt-outs, as well as information about the customer's purchase transactions, deliveries, discounts, and possible usernames and passwords. We collect data in the training register related to the provision of training services, such as information about the progress of the training process. We collect this information from you and, based on the agreement, from the diving training organizations TDI and SSI.

We retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes of data processing, taking into account the storage periods required by law. Student records are retained for the time determined by diving training organizations' standards. We delete and dispose of data when the purpose of processing personal data is no longer relevant. The legal bases for processing personal data are the customer's consent, legitimate interests, and legal obligations.

We do not routinely disclose personal data to external parties. Some of the external software providers used by the company may store data outside the European Union or European Economic Area. We have ensured that service providers are committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the EU data protection regulation. Information is disclosed to diving training organizations TDI and SSI based on an agreement. Customer contact information is not disclosed to other companies for marketing purposes.

We use cookies on our website. A cookie is a small text file stored on the user's computer. Cookies provide us with information about the use of our site and thus enable the development of our websites. All collected data is anonymous, and online actions cannot be linked to a specific person through cookies. Cookies have a limited lifespan and do not harm the user's computer. The customer register is processed confidentially. We have protected electronic data with firewalls, usernames, and passwords. Access to data is limited to those employees who need it for their tasks. Paper student records are kept in a locked storage.

You have the right to review what information is stored about you in our personal data register. You have the right to request the correction or deletion of incorrect or outdated information or the transfer of data from one system to another. You also have the right to restrict or object to the processing of your data. You have the right to request the deletion of your data. Upon your request, we will delete your data unless the law requires us to keep it, for example, for accounting purposes. We hope that you will contact us if you have any questions regarding the processing of your personal data. If you are not satisfied with the answers you receive, you can file a complaint with the data protection authority.

You have the right to opt out of us using your data for direct marketing at any time. We never sell or otherwise disclose your personal data to other parties for them to target you with direct marketing.
