The online store customer register includes the following information: customer's first and last name, customer number, address information, phone number, gender, email, website address, language, information about marketing consents and opt-outs, as well as information about the customer's purchase transactions, deliveries, discounts, and possible usernames and passwords. We collect data in the training register related to the provision of training services, such as information about the progress of the training process. We collect this information from you and, based on the agreement, from the diving training organizations TDI and SSI.

We retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes of data processing, taking into account the storage periods required by law. Student records are retained for the time determined by diving training organizations' standards. We delete and dispose of data when the purpose of processing personal data is no longer relevant. The legal bases for processing personal data are the customer's consent, legitimate interests, and legal obligations.

We do not routinely disclose personal data to external parties. Some of the external software providers used by the company may store data outside the European Union or European Economic Area. We have ensured that service providers are committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the EU data protection regulation. Information is disclosed to diving training organizations TDI and SSI based on an agreement. Customer contact information is not disclosed to other companies for marketing purposes.

You also have the right to restrict or object to the processing of your data. You have the right to request the deletion of your data. Upon your request, we will delete your data unless the law requires us to keep it, for example, for accounting purposes.
